This is our puppy contract. If you buy a puppy from us, you must agree to all these terms and sign this contract at puppy pick up. Please take a look at it so you know what it entails before you decide to buy a puppy from us.
Here at Rancho Cali Aussies, we run a Guardian Home Program. This program is only for local California families, that live in the Bay Area (up to one hour and a half from our home). We occasionally offer puppies or adult dogs to Guardian Homes. A guardian home is a unique opportunity to get a dog from us for free, but under a special agreement/contract. He/she would live with you and be YOUR dog, however we would retain breeding rights to the dogs and he/she would come back to us a couple of times for breeding/to raise a litter. Terms and conditions would be decided upon by both parties before the dog or puppy is placed in a guardian home. Once the terms have been completed, the dog would be spayed/neutered and be turned over to complete ownership of the Guardian.
